Mt. Airy CDC's award-winning Housing Counseling team provides this opportunity to learn about low-cost home improvement loans, energy efficiency tips, and other things that will help you love where you live just a little more.
At this workshop, we'll hear from PECO on ways to maximize your home's efficiency and minimize your utility bills; the experts from Natural Pest Control will share ways of preventing unwanted guests in your home; and our expert Housing Counseling team will cover the Homestead Exemption, which can save you up to $500 on real estate taxes.
We'll touch on some other important topics, and we'll also have a light lunch from Mrs. Kim's Mt. Airy Breakfast and Lunch.
