If you’re developing a business idea but you’ve hit a roadblock you’re struggling to get around, consider the Business Model Canvas.

PhillyiHub, Mt. Airy CDC’s free business training program, makes extensive use of the Business Model Canvas, a tool that helps you visualize your strengths and weaknesses. Think of it as a map for your business — and like any good map, it provides direction.

As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, PhillyiHub coordinator Aaron Crump and instructor David Simons invite you to a panel discussion featuring three alumni from the program. We’ll discuss the ins, the outs, and the whatnots of the Business Model Canvas, and how it can get you to your next level.
