Due to COVID-19, all workshops are now held online via Zoom.  

Learn everything you need to know to become a successful first-time homebuyer! In this 2.5 hour online workshop, our experienced and HUD-certified housing counseling staff will cover:

  • How to improve your credit scores and prepare a spending plan
  • The mortgage lending process
  • What's in a sales agreement
  • Inspections, insurance, and why you need them
  • Available assistance for down payment and closing costs 

 

Space is limited. Please do not sign up for multiple sessions. If you are unable to attend your session, please click here to contact us and we will work to schedule you in to the next available session.

Please download the Zoom app on your laptop, tablet or smartphone prior to the date of the workshop. 

 

Registrants will receive an email on Monday of the week of the scheduled workshop with: (1) the Zoom meeting link and meeting info, and (2) PDF packets of forms containing the Pre-Purchase application and brochures.

Please join the workshop 15 minutes prior to the below scheduled approximate time on your scheduled date. We will not be available to help you troubleshoot before or during the presentation.  By joining early, you will have time to test your audio, video, and internet settings.
